All hats are handmade with the highest quality materials. All the custom orders are made with 100% Nutria Rat felt.

For domestic orders, shipping cost is a flat rate of $40. Custom orders takes approximately 4-6 weeks from production to delivery for domestic US customers.

Each hat is made to order, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Keep away from extreme heat (example. leaving your hat in a hot car or laying in direct sun for multiple hours or nights), the heat can cause your hat to loose its shape and make any painted artwork get soft. If this happens, lay your hat on a flat hard surface in a cooler environment. Allow the hat to harden again before handling.

Avoid getting your hat extremely wet. Rain & light snow will be ok. Submerging your hat in water could damage the artwork and cause the hat to loose its shape. If this does happen lay the hat on
a flat surface and dry completely before handling.

Spot clean only with a damp lint free cloth. Only use water, chemical in cleaning products can damage your hat.

I offer lifetime reshaping on all custom orders. Sometimes shit happens, I want your hat to be something you’ll be happy to wear for a lifetime. Repairs are for an extra cost. The price quote depends on what condition the hat is in. Restyling is also at a extra cost.
